I am here to support and guide you when you are feeling helpless, stuck, confused, can't envision your future or are overwhelmed by a current life situation.
If you are undergoing a life transition or dealing with a milestone, you will be better able to manage the change. Basically, I can help you process and heal your past, deal effectively with your present, and create a fulfilling future.
When we begin to work together, you will undoubtedly tell me a story that describes what is going on in your life and how that makes you feel. The story and the feelings can change.
Expressive therapy uses imagination and the arts, including dreams, imagery, ceremony, writing, and story telling. Many of the tools and techniques I draw from bridge modern methods of change with ancient traditions.

Chicken soup is a symbol for healing and wellness. When I was
younger, I could always count on my grandmother to make a big pot of
steaming chicken soup whenever I was sick. Her soup was rich and thick
with chicken, carrots, onions, garlic, and noodles. In my work as a
therapist I combine lots of good, nurturing things to help you as you
deal with important life transitions. I offer you a wide range of creative and therapeutic skills to help you achieve wellness and balance.
